Grown in the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, this medium roast delivers chocolate and cinnamon notes with a subtle green apple brightness.

It’s balanced enough for everyday drinking, but with just enough lift to keep things interesting — working well both black or with milk.

• You want something a bit more interesting than a standard blend
• You enjoy a touch of brightness in your coffee
• You drink both black and milk-based coffee

Not ideal if:

• You want very smooth, low-acidity coffee (→ Flat White Blend)
